Nice game. I didn't know what lies ahead, so I had to trial-and-error my way through. Is there a way to look around before planning?

unfortunately I didn't have the time to add that feature(and many other features)… but it will be added after the rating period… glad you liked the game :)

Very hard... The presentation is very slow. Other then that, it's a great game

I think games like these would be great for kids to learn about how computers think. They do exactly what you tell them to, which is great until they do EXACTLY what you tell them to do and you create a bug ;).

Would be nice if I could manually reorder the instructions. A little more polish and this could be a legit mobile game or something small like that.

Thanks for the feedback!

I already started fixing small bugs that people reported and adding features they suggested (reordering is one of them)... so yeah maybe I should publish it in the play store once I finish working on it, why not?

The slowness of the tutorial killed me, cmon. Hurry up! We get it!

Otherwise it's a cool concept and I enjoyed it. I would've liked to see the whole map first, so I had to restart less and it feels less like a trial and error.

agreed!

Really fun!  Reminds me of when I was first learning to program.  Also I soft locked the game by making an argument be NaN lol.

Suprisingly hard! Great design, fun and real potential.

This game is so amazing. I love the design.

Love this. My only gripe was I didn't like that floats could be entered in the number boxes. I would have preferred just integers and then had the levels built in a way that allowed for that to function. Great game though.

wow this is very well made and I love the simplicity! the only thing I'd like to see is the ability to pan the camera to see the rest of the level, that way I can try and nail it in one go haha, awesome game great job!

I thought about letting the player Inspect the level but at that point the code was already spaghetti enough and any new feature would be too hard  and needs lots of time to get done , so It just felt not worth it  :(

trust me I know exactly how you feel, I commented out so much and cut so much out of my game because I just couldn't put it together (I'm not a coder) and only had a couple hours for "art" haha. never the less, really well done!

Very cool game, nice job :]

Thanks

First of all: This is the only proper way to name your games.
Second of all: Love the aesthetic, but some music would've been nice.

The gameplay is super original, Love it!

Thanks XD

Wow, very interesting concept for a game. Allowing you to reorder the instructions and drag in code without resetting would make this much easier. I would recommend making this into a full on educational game!

Thanks, but allowing the player to drag code without reseting will also allow them to finish the level step by step… the point of the game is to write code that can solve the level from the begging to end… but idk tho, your idea may be better for the game I'm not a game designer I'm simply a programmer

Interesting concept, you could improve this by adding the possibility to reorder the instructions and an away for you to see the characters last path. Other than that. Congrats :D

Thanks…

what do you exactly  mean by recording instructions… you mean like saving custom sets of instructions?…

Reorder... Like getting an instruction in the middle and moving it to the first place for example

oh nvm I read it "recorder" lol, it must be the lack of sleep

gotcha

Love the concept but I cant see the whole game as it doesnt scale to my monitor size. I have to scroll around the page to see the whole game.

Sorry for that… but I think you can solve the problem by zooming out the browser

Aha yea I tried, may be a problem when using the random game finder
